About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as point of contact for agents/brokers by gathering information on behalf of the underwriters
Answer questions and resolve low complexity issues
Facilitate overall serving of accounts and processing business transactions
Take necessary measures to obtain information needed to finalize inquiries/transactions
Maintain accuracy of information inputted into all appropriate systems
Communicate with team members, agents/brokers and key business partners
Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines, procedures and service standards
Participate in problem solving activities
Attach appropriate forms and make policy changes as requested
Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to follow process and attention to details
Willingness to work toward insurance designation (AINS)
Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
US Work Authorization required
