About the role
- Drive success in customer data migrations, external system interfaces, and strategic technology partnerships to help Mark43 scale
- Collaborate with Engineering to scope and prioritize improvements to migration tooling
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure high-confidence rollouts for complex multi-agency deployments
- Define product requirements for enhancements to the API integration framework to support strategic partners
- Participate in deep-dives with engineering leadership to evaluate scaling strategies for key interface components
- Manage cross-functional alignment around phased launch plans for internal implementation support products
Requirements
- A strong technical foundation and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution on complex technical initiatives
- Experience with B2B software, SaaS implementation, or systems integration
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Strong execution and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Humble, open, and curious—you listen first and seek to understand before jumping to solutions
