About the role

  • Supports the execution of Human Resources practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
  • Leads the implementation of people programs and initiatives across multiple solutions or functional areas
  • Serves as an advisor and escalation point for people related matters
  • Ensures consistency and alignment in administration of organizational policies
  • Investigates and resolves basic to complex employee issues
  • Supports employee engagement initiatives and contributes to culture-building efforts
  • Provides guidance on career pathing and structure, internal promotions, and external job offer consultations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong experience supporting multiple departments or business units in locations that are geographically dispersed
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and compensation consultation
  • Experience with Workday is preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and support leaders across the organization.
