About the role
- Supports the execution of Human Resources practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
- Leads the implementation of people programs and initiatives across multiple solutions or functional areas
- Serves as an advisor and escalation point for people related matters
- Ensures consistency and alignment in administration of organizational policies
- Investigates and resolves basic to complex employee issues
- Supports employee engagement initiatives and contributes to culture-building efforts
- Provides guidance on career pathing and structure, internal promotions, and external job offer consultations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong experience supporting multiple departments or business units in locations that are geographically dispersed
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and compensation consultation
- Experience with Workday is preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and support leaders across the organization.
