About the role
- Provide superior customer service to attendees, exhibitors, and others in a fast paced environment.
- Schedule: Monday- Friday (12:00 PM-5:00 PM EST) with occasional overtime and/or weekend availability.
- Demonstrates professional customer service skills at all times.
- Uses problem-solving skills and efficient use of resources to identify guest issues quickly.
- Ensure accurate data entry of transaction details necessary to complete daily telephone, chat, and email transactions.
- Adheres to PCI compliance rules and regulations.
- Delivers appropriate communication to internal teams to resolve guest issues and/or resolve technical trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent customer service experience required.
- Proven record with strong customer service skills; minimum one year experience in customer-facing role.
- Must be very detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills.
- Professional oral communication, written communication, and effective listening skills.
- Dependable – reliable and on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with the technical aptitude to learn new technology.
