About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow up and convert incoming leads (Inbound Leads)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
- Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and prepare trend reports
- Manage customer memberships and subscriptions, ensuring renewals and timely payments
- Achieve (and exceed!) sales targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or accreditation services
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit
- High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
- Residence in the UK and ability to commute to the Staines office three days a week
