About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Follow up and convert incoming leads (Inbound Leads)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
  • Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and prepare trend reports
  • Manage customer memberships and subscriptions, ensuring renewals and timely payments
  • Achieve (and exceed!) sales targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or accreditation services
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit
  • High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
  • Residence in the UK and ability to commute to the Staines office three days a week
