About the role
- Use pallet jacks and forklifts to transport goods (forklift certification required)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support production by ensuring stations are stocked and running efficiently
- Greet donors and shoppers and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all safety and Goodwill operating procedures
- Safely move trash carts, salvage containers, and merchandise to keep the flow of production
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, retail backroom, distribution, or production experience a plus
- Reliable, safety-minded, organized, and team-oriented; able to follow standard operating procedures and meet targets.
- Work in backroom/dock environment with varying temperatures; use PPE as required.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace.
