Act as the primary Business Partner to office leadership;
Support partners and managers in decisions related to people management;
Lead recruitment and selection processes for technical and leadership positions;
Coordinate onboarding, development, training, and integration initiatives;
Support performance review cycles, feedback, individual development plans (IDPs), and talent management;
Mediate and advise on situations involving teams and leadership;
Develop and monitor initiatives related to climate, culture, and engagement;
Ensure execution and continuous improvement of HR processes;
Manage and develop an HR analyst.

Proven experience as an HR generalist;
Experience working closely with leadership, preferably as a Business Partner;
Ability to handle sensitive matters with maturity, balance, and confidentiality;
Hands-on, execution-oriented approach;
Strong influencing skills and interpersonal relationship abilities;
Clear, objective, and assertive communication;
Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and autonomy;
Willingness to work closely with teams and the business.
