About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and provide operational leadership to MarinHealth Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics.
Ensure clinics meet enterprise-wide goals in safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Proactively manage compliance with policies and regulations.
Identify best practices and propose action plans for implementation.
Manage capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets.
Develop partnerships with internal and external peers to facilitate initiatives.
Handle challenging situations with an empathetic and solution-based approach.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience.
3 - 5 years’ supervisory and/or management experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
Knowledge of operations in the ambulatory setting.
Proven leadership skills, including team building and coaching/mentoring.
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations related to ambulatory settings.
Ability to form relationships with physicians and key company contributors.
In-depth understanding of operations and clinical workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
