Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and provide operational leadership to MarinHealth Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics.
  • Ensure clinics meet enterprise-wide goals in safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Identify best practices and propose action plans for implementation.
  • Manage capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets.
  • Develop partnerships with internal and external peers to facilitate initiatives.
  • Handle challenging situations with an empathetic and solution-based approach.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3 - 5 years’ supervisory and/or management experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of operations in the ambulatory setting.
  • Proven leadership skills, including team building and coaching/mentoring.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations related to ambulatory settings.
  • Ability to form relationships with physicians and key company contributors.
  • In-depth understanding of operations and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
