About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and provide operational leadership to MarinHealth Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics.
- Ensure clinics meet enterprise-wide goals in safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Proactively manage compliance with policies and regulations.
- Identify best practices and propose action plans for implementation.
- Manage capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Develop partnerships with internal and external peers to facilitate initiatives.
- Handle challenging situations with an empathetic and solution-based approach.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 - 5 years’ supervisory and/or management experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of operations in the ambulatory setting.
- Proven leadership skills, including team building and coaching/mentoring.
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable regulations related to ambulatory settings.
- Ability to form relationships with physicians and key company contributors.
- In-depth understanding of operations and clinical workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
