About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on facilities management by providing administrative support essential to operations
- Responsible for the administration of vehicles and equipment, including repair and preventative maintenance tracking
- Maintaining up-to-date operational policies and procedures
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery scheduling and the resolution of any facility-related concerns
- Interact with internal staff, other County Department staff, and external staff
- Bring a proactive approach to support the department's objective of providing exceptional service and maintenance support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years of progressive clerical/administrative experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Post-secondary education may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire
- Must complete background check and fingerprint identification upon hire to secure and maintain DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Advanced clerical/administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and publishing protocols PDF document development
