About the role
- Develop and lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strategize and execute global campaigns that drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and increase revenue
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs focusing on highly personalized engagement
- Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to ensure campaign messaging is compelling and relevant
- Use data to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and the rest of the marketing team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- at least 4 years in global campaign management or demand generation role
- preferably in tech, infrastructure, SaaS, Software, Database, or open-source industry
- demonstrable experience in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- hands-on experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- clear understanding of the marketing funnel
- proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEM/PPC, paid social, and retargeting
- experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, interpret results
- familiarity with marketing technology integration and competency in leveraging AI tools
