About the role

  • Develop and lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strategize and execute global campaigns that drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and increase revenue
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs focusing on highly personalized engagement
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to ensure campaign messaging is compelling and relevant
  • Use data to track performance and optimize campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and the rest of the marketing team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • at least 4 years in global campaign management or demand generation role
  • preferably in tech, infrastructure, SaaS, Software, Database, or open-source industry
  • demonstrable experience in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • hands-on experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
  • clear understanding of the marketing funnel
  • proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEM/PPC, paid social, and retargeting
  • experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, interpret results
  • familiarity with marketing technology integration and competency in leveraging AI tools
