About the role
- Develop and execute marketing programs designed to drive expansion within existing accounts
- Create "expansion toolkits" for Sales teams
- Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success team
- Design, launch, and manage MariaDB’s inaugural CAB program
- Facilitate sessions between customer executives and MariaDB leadership
- Own the strategy and execution of a global customer newsletter
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B technology company
- Proven track record of developing core messaging and content
- Ability to design marketing programs that contribute to expansion pipeline and customer retention
- Sufficient understanding of database technologies
- Travel up to 10%
