About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the configuration and optimization of Epic’s Population Health tools
- Partners with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve workflows
- Provides tier-one support, assists with build and implementation efforts
- Manages competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Collaborates across teams for system solutions and workflow documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical and analytical thinking proficiencies
- Organizational management skills and ability to multitask
- Basic project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Epic certification/proficiency in any module preferred
- Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards within 1.5 years of hire is preferred
