Support patient-facing Epic applications, enhancing the experience across ambulatory and dental workflows.
Partner closely with clinical teams and operational stakeholders.
Assist with build, testing, and implementation activities.
Support patient experience initiatives in dental and ambulatory care.
Contribute to projects that improve access, communication, and care coordination.
Develop and maintain documentation, adhere to standards and workflows, and engage professionally with leadership and vendors.

Critical and analytical thinking proficiencies.
Organizational management skills and ability to multitask.
Basic project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree (4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree).
Epic certification/proficiency in any module preferred.
Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards within 1.5 years of hire is preferred.
