Support the School of Dentistry’s clinical, academic, and operational initiatives
Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Wisdom to ensure reliable functionality and seamless user experience for faculty, students, and staff
Work closely with senior team members, end users, and leadership to enhance workflows and participate in projects advancing patient care and dental education
Understand and document current workflows and design optimized future workflows for application changes
Present system enhancement opportunities and build prototypes of application configuration options for review
Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications
Create test scripts, timelines, and plans; perform testing across applications and coordinate requestor and user testing
Provide tier-two support to end-users both remotely and in-person; monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets
Serve as liaison between users and vendors and coordinate system fixes and deployments with training and operations
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems with exposure to software development/build lifecycles
Bachelor's Degree
Proven ability to successfully execute multiple assignments simultaneously in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking proficiencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated troubleshooting competencies
Excellent organizational management skills
Project Management skills
Epic certification for assigned modules required within eighteen (18) months of hire and must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards
