About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directly manage and develop all Store Managers within the region.
Lead all store-level recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
Build and maintain high-performing teams that embody Margaux’s values and service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, and development planning.
Own and deliver regional sales goals, profitability targets, and key business metrics.
Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
Ensure consistent execution of all operational standards, policies, and procedures across stores.
Serve as the primary retail owner of product performance across all stores.
Champion a best-in-class client experience across all retail locations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 2-3 of those years as a store manager or multi-unit leader, preferably within luxury, premium, or specialty retail.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong sales results.
Experience managing hiring, performance management, and employee development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel regularly between store locations.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong teams.
