About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly manage and develop all Store Managers within the region.
- Lead all store-level recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams that embody Margaux’s values and service standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, and development planning.
- Own and deliver regional sales goals, profitability targets, and key business metrics.
- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure consistent execution of all operational standards, policies, and procedures across stores.
- Serve as the primary retail owner of product performance across all stores.
- Champion a best-in-class client experience across all retail locations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 2-3 of those years as a store manager or multi-unit leader, preferably within luxury, premium, or specialty retail.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong sales results.
- Experience managing hiring, performance management, and employee development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between store locations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong teams.
