About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the design and implementation of AI and automation systems across the business
Transition to an automated, AI-powered company
Build systems that reduce the need for large teams
Replace manual CSV workflows with live usage dashboards
Build a fully automated sign-up-to-activation-to-conversion experience using the Audrey AI agent
Design and run automated social media and campaign pipelines
Use AI to produce printables, educator guides, and supplemental materials
Track sales, follow up on tasks, and generate renewal alerts
Work with the engineering team to ensure the right data is available
Stay current on the AI landscape and recommend new tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–8 years of experience in software development, product, or technical operations
At least 2 years working directly with LLMs and AI tools at an integration level — not just as an end user
Proven experience building AI agents or multi-step agentic workflows (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent)
Hands-on proficiency with at least one automation platform: n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier at a workflow-design level
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight data pipelines independently
Strong business judgment — you can identify which automations are worth building and scope them clearly
A portfolio or examples of AI systems you have actually shipped.
