- Cold call leads from targeted prospect lists
- Call inbound warm leads within 10 minutes of form submission
- Build trust and qualify small-business owners (many running 6–7 figure companies)
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the company’s founder
- Follow up via phone, email, and CRM to keep leads engaged
- Keep detailed notes and update the pipeline in GoHighLevel (CRM)
- Learn and apply AI tools like ChatGPT and marketing automations
Requirements
- Fluent English (clear verbal and written communication)
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and productivity tools
- Background in B2B sales, marketing, or home services (Nice to Have)
