About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that advance March of Dimes' mission programs.
- Serves as the day-to-day marketing lead for assigned initiatives.
- Partners closely with various teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns.
- Develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Serves as marketing lead for assigned corporate partnerships and mission-related sponsorship activations.
- Partners with mission, research, and advocacy teams to translate complex information into audience-centered communications.
- Monitors campaign performance and analyzes results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develops campaign-level marketing strategies within established organizational priorities and brand standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, integrated campaign management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of audience strategy, content development, channel planning, and campaign measurement.
- Ability to translate complex subject matter into compelling, audience-centered marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Healthcare, nonprofit, advocacy, or mission-driven marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
