About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead mission impact and communicate March of Dimes' maternal and child health work to supporters
- Develop and steward donor and prospect relationships to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and secure corporate partners and strategic partnerships
- Maintain and grow a donor revenue portfolio across the donor continuum
- Maintain a year-round revenue pipeline for events, mission investments, major and mid-level gifts, and planned giving
- Identify, recruit, and lead volunteer leadership
- Execute event core tactics and deliver best-in-class fundraising events
- Provide tailored donor experiences and create mission-led activations within stewardship plans
- Log donor and prospect interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with market leadership to recruit and steward qualified volunteer leaders
- Engage volunteers and advocates year-round through mission, fundraising, and advocacy opportunities
- Use the Volunteer Hub to engage and inform volunteers
- Qualify and activate candidates for event committee volunteer roles
- Hold direct reports accountable for productivity, profitability, and revenue goals
- Deliver performance reviews and establish performance and behavior goals for direct reports
- Create a productive, professional, respectful, and culturally diverse work environment
- Monitor direct-report revenue progress weekly and implement growth strategies when needed
Requirements
