About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation of maternal and infant health programs and initiatives
Manage specific projects and initiatives aligned with March of Dimes mission priorities and the state strategy
Work with community partners and the Director to support identification of priority populations and program opportunities
Coordinate with the Director on program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
Provide program updates, reports, and impact stories that highlight community outcomes and progress
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, maternal and child health organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
Support the recruitment and engagement of volunteers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years’ experience in maternal/child health program planning and implementation
Experience in community engagement
Familiar with the geography, key institutions and key partners and volunteers
Experience convening partners, and conducting meetings with internal and external partners
Ability to identify and recruit lead volunteers
Four-year degree or equivalent experience, Masters preferred
