About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
- Experience with budget management and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
