Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, digital channels, print materials, and social media.
Create and design visual assets including infographics, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience with digital design, including social media and web graphics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.
