About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise banking clients, from lead generation to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of the banking industry's challenges and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within banking institutions.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities based on ideal customer profiles and market segmentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
- Represent our client at banking conferences, industry events, and networking sessions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system to support sales forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions to banking clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management and sales analytics.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
