About the role
- ****Key Responsibilities****
- - Support the development of the annual Business Plan and execute the Marketing plan, focused on the end customer and distribution channels. This includes initiatives targeting both farriers and distributors (online and offline).
- - Conduct market research to generate insights for improving processes and products, as well as monitoring competitors. This includes updating market share data.
- - Define KPIs for end customers (farriers, including Farrier Support channels) and distributors (service satisfaction), in collaboration with regional management.
- - Develop the Marketing budget based on performance analysis and market conditions, and track it monthly with the finance team.
- - Strengthen the digital ecosystem and track performance metrics (website, social media, e-commerce, e-learning, CRM).
- - Ensure the implementation of the Center of Excellence (CoE), working closely with all business unit leaders and regional teams (including claims management and product improvements).
- - Partner with the local Sales Manager to understand priority areas, with a strong focus on Trade Marketing plans based on segmentation.
- - Lead the local digital agency, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and providing ongoing feedback.
- - Collaborate with other LATAM Marketing team members, promoting best practices and sharing ideas.
- - Lead and develop the Marketing Assistant, ensuring their growth and motivation.
Requirements
- **Education and Qualifications**
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- - Bilingual (B2 – C1 level)
- **Desired Skills, Attributes, and Experience**
- - Experience working with sales teams and/or Trade Marketing areas
- - Experience in Digital Marketing, AI, and/or managing digital agencies
- - Previous experience managing a small team (e.g., marketing assistant or similar roles)
- - Experience in FMCG and/or retail companies
