About the role
- Supports the administration of the Marathon Petroleum Thrift Plan and related plans
- Carries out day-to-day operational activities ensuring compliance with regulations
- Works closely with internal partners and third-party service providers for operations, financial reporting, and audit activities
- Provides data, documentation, and support to stakeholders for special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field required
- Two (2) years of relevant experience or in an area of Total Rewards required
- Demonstrated experience using a large-scale HRIS platform (such as Workday) preferred
