About the role
- Manage the Microsoft Field Services Management (FSM) software in support of maintenance processes
- Collaborate with field operations, process owners, and other business stakeholders
- Assist with development, planning, and rollout of training for personnel
- Support deployment coordination and post go-live issues
- Manage data to ensure equipment history and records are accurate and complete
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate, Field Service Management)
- Data management and pipeline operations experience
