About the role

  • Supervise the Billing and Accounts Receivable teams across Mexico and Peru
  • Oversee end-to-end billing and receivables processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Ensure consistent application of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide structured performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Drive operational accountability, balancing workload distribution and ensuring goals are met
  • Support organizational continuity by providing leadership depth in case of manager turnover or business expansion
  • Drive process efficiency by standardizing and monitoring billing procedures
  • Manage performance to strengthen team capabilities
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Eight (8) years of accounting experience
  • Three (3) years experience managing teams
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI is preferred
  • Fluency (speaking and writing) in both Spanish and English
  • Availability to support additional hours as needed, including occasional weekends
