Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for treatment planning, assessments, appropriate documentation of clinical progress, and delivery of evidence-based therapy modalities
Lead group sessions and educational workshops
Work closely with the clinical team
Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops
Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated continuity of care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be licensed in Indiana and Illinois; Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin are preferred
Ability to obtain additional licenses (company reimbursed)
At least Master’s level, licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD)
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or become certified upon hire
Required experience in providing counseling and mental health services
Preferred 2 or more years’ experience operating as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
Preferred experience using evidence-based treatment to treat multiple behavioral health disorders
Preferred experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management
