About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Talent modules
Configure, test, implement, and maintain Workday Talent functionality, including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities
Continuously optimize Workday Talent functionality to improve user experience, efficiency, reporting, and adoption
Review Workday feature releases and evaluate impacts to Talent functionality
Enable enterprise talent programs through Workday configuration, automation, workflows, reporting, and system design
Develop reporting solutions that provide leaders and stakeholders with meaningful workforce insights
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Talent processes through Workday functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
A minimum of four years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Talent modules or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent functionality, not solely end-user support
Experience supporting Workday business process configuration and testing
Current Workday Talent Certification is highly preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
