Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and business professionals
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in the healthcare industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a high-growth, high pressure, changing environment
  • Experience measuring key recruitment metrics to drive results
  • Experience utilizing a multitude of sourcing tools
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday)
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products
