About the role
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and business professionals
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Maintain a robust network and leverage out-of-the-box sourcing strategies
- Drive diversity initiatives by identifying and attracting diverse talent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in the healthcare industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in a high-growth, high pressure, changing environment
- Experience measuring key recruitment metrics to drive results
- Experience utilizing a multitude of sourcing tools
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday)
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with constantly changing priorities
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products
