Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and business professionals
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Develop targeted sourcing strategies
Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines
Maintain a robust network and leverage out-of-the-box sourcing strategies
Drive diversity initiatives by identifying and attracting diverse talent

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in the healthcare industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in a high-growth, high pressure, changing environment
Experience measuring key recruitment metrics to drive results
Experience utilizing a multitude of sourcing tools
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday)
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with constantly changing priorities
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products
