About the role

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
  • Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, creating sales strategies, and maintaining positive connections with existing customers.

Requirements

  • A network in the hotel industry and strong market knowledge
  • (Initial) experience in sales and a genuine enthusiasm for selling
  • Team player with a strong “can-do” attitude — able to work independently and take ownership
  • Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Strong customer focus: a real understanding of customers’ needs and expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — a good listener, empathetic, and curious.
