About the role
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
- Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, creating sales strategies, and maintaining positive connections with existing customers.
- The Sales Manager will also analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- A network in the hotel industry and strong market knowledge
- (Initial) experience in sales and a genuine enthusiasm for selling
- Team player with a strong “can-do” attitude — able to work independently and take ownership
- Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Strong customer focus: a real understanding of customers’ needs and expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills — a good listener, empathetic, and curious.
