About the role

  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the monthly financial statements alongside the CFC
  • Involve balance sheet reconciliations including commentary
  • Assisting with all statutory filings including audit

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience of working in a similar role
  • Financial Accounts (P&L, Cash, Balance Sheet)
  • Management Accounts
  • Commercial Thinking
  • Service Charge finance (awareness - this is a “nice to have”)
  • Manipulating large datasets
  • A level or equivalent in Mathematics
  • Degree in a numerate (or comparable) discipline (requiring maths, logic, finance, analysis)
  • Qualified/Finalist or Part Qualified/Studying a Professional Finance Qualification (e.g. CIMA or ACCA)
  • Note: AAT is not sufficient for this role
