About the role
- Senior Building Manager responsible for all aspects of Building Management at Sunlight House
- Day-to-day management of team members to provide high standards of service and occupier experience
- Ensure management, maintenance and service standards for hard/soft services and contractor management
- Manage occupier engagement and develop property partnership community
- Work with Operations Director and MAPP colleagues to deliver PMA scope, SLAs and KPIs
- Establish and implement the property delivery plan aligned to Sunlight House strategy
- Coordinate full building evacuation procedures and confirmations
- Budget setting, management and reconciliation; service charge budget management and reporting
- Implement data collation services, environmental management plans, invoice and utility meter management
- Monitor statutory and internal compliance including MAPP policies, RICS and ISO standards
- Report to Associate Director FM and liaise with owners, surveying colleagues, clients and suppliers
Requirements
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in client and customer engagement
- Technically competent with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in contract management and managing KPIs
- Good experience in developing service charge budgets management and reporting
- Experience of Riskwise (H&S compliance systems)
- NEBOSH
- IOSH
- Member of the IWFM (desirable)
- Experience of Proactis (desirable)
- Interest in sustainability (desirable)
- Good understanding of property management principles and current industry trends
- Knowledge of building services maintenance operations
- Ability to effectively coordinate and manage full building evacuation
- Ability to manage contractors and ensure PPM and reactive maintenance
- Budget setting, management and reconciliation experience
- Strong report writing and stakeholder communication skills
