About the role
- Title: Facilities Manager for BioCity Nottingham site; Report to Operations Manager, BioCity Nottingham; Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continued success; Deliver high standards across all soft services and guest experience aligned with client expectations and health and safety regulations; Work closely with Operations Manager and on-site team; Manage third-party contractors; Foster a dynamic, welcoming workspace supporting occupiers' needs while maintaining full compliance; Monitor budget performance across the park; Provide highest level of service standards to client and building tenants; Assist with contractor and supplier performance; Assist in drafting and monitoring service charge budgets; Monitor all on site staff and address issues; Ensure compliance with policies, RICS and ISO standards and statutory timelines; Working hours 08.30-17.00, 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience of working in a similar role; IOSH (essential); NEBOSH (desirable); IWFM (desirable); Experience of Riskwise (H&S compliance systems).
