About the role

  • Identify and reach out to new potential customers via calls, email, and networking
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right Mapon solutions
  • Present offers clearly, handle objections, and demonstrate product value
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team and participate in structured onboarding

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Competitive, self-driven personality and ability to work independently
  • Team player mindset
  • Fluent Estonian and Russian (required for client communication)
  • English skills are an advantage
  • Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued
