About the role
- Identify and reach out to new potential customers via calls, email, and networking
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right Mapon solutions
- Present offers clearly, handle objections, and demonstrate product value
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with the team and participate in structured onboarding
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Competitive, self-driven personality and ability to work independently
- Team player mindset
- Fluent Estonian and Russian (required for client communication)
- English skills are an advantage
- Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued
