About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide academic support to Maple Bear schools in Brazil that are operating or being onboarded, both in-person and remotely, overseeing the implementation of the Maple Bear pedagogical approach and classroom practices
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with schools, acting as a primary point of contact for academic matters
  • Respond to tickets and requests via written communication and/or online meetings, advising on programs, methodologies, and pedagogical practices
  • Support schools' pedagogical development through guidance, alignment, and referrals based on official documents and Maple Bear guidelines
  • Participate in team training sessions and stay up to date with bulletins, documents, publications, policies, and network guidelines
  • Log service interactions and departmental processes in the CRM and other tools, ensuring organization, traceability, and follow-up of requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Languages (Letters), Pedagogy, or related teaching/licensure fields
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Bilingual Education or related areas is a plus
  • Previous experience as a teacher or coordinator at a Maple Bear unit is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
  • Availability to travel
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (Jd. Paulista - São Paulo)
  • Advanced English
