About the role

  • Execute and manage the area’s administrative routines;
  • Manage, update and validate data in the CRM, ensuring integrity, standardization and reliability of information;
  • Monitor records, pipelines, statuses and metrics recorded in the CRM;
  • Prepare management reports and analyses based on CRM data;
  • Support management in tracking KPIs, deadlines and operational requests;
  • Organize databases, internal controls and administrative documents;
  • Ensure correct use of digital tools and management systems;
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes related to data management and administrative routines;
  • Interact with different departments to align information and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Management Processes or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization and analysis);
  • Knowledge and experience using CRM systems for data management and analysis;
  • Comfortable using digital tools and management systems;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • **Differentials:**
  • Previous experience with CRMs (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar);
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace or similar);
  • Experience with operational metrics and administrative data analysis
