About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for provider experience and clinical operations
  • Develop deep understanding of providers and internal operational teams through research, data, workflow observation, and close partnership
  • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration
  • Use AI and other tools to move quickly from problems to testable solutions
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, technical, and regulatory needs into clear product direction and scalable workflows
  • Partner with engineering and design to shape solutions, make trade-offs, and deliver high-quality experiences
  • Identify and validate where AI can improve provider or clinical workflows
  • Create alignment across Clinical, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Data, and other partners
  • Deliver measurable improvements to provider experience and clinical operations
  • Set product strategy and roadmap and lead complex initiatives through launch and iteration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a software environment
  • Experience leading a cross-functional product squad
  • Experience taking products or meaningful features from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, problem-solving, and product judgment
  • Ability to execute and use data, research, and customer insight to define outcomes and make product decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to create alignment across different teams
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, complex workflows, and competing priorities
  • Builder mentality and keen interest in AI
  • Comfort experimenting with AI directly and exercising judgment about where it can create value
  • Collaborative, resilient, and low-ego approach
  • Ability to influence without relying on authority
