About the role

  • Build and maintain datasets for enterprise reporting and analytics.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling to support business deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings to define and document requirements for future reporting and visualizations.
  • Consult with teams across the organization to ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Must have Insurance Claims experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (or Associate’s degree plus 4–6 years).
  • Strong skills in SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel, and experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Access).
  • Ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and thriving in high-pressure environments.
