About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain service logs, equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability.
  • Coordinate with your supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules.
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
  • Support product demand and service needs through timely, quality interactions.
  • Call in delivery orders as needed and respond promptly to customer requests — overnight travel may be required.
  • Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly service work.
  • Execute administrative duties including equipment ordering, expense reports, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Follow all company policies, work procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Trade certification or 4+ years’ experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred.
  • Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Physically able to climb, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication; able to manage conflict and build positive relationships.
  • Ability to maintain a high travel requirement in the assigned region.
