About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for all openings across APAC
- Act as the primary regional point of contact for external recruitment agencies and search vendors
- Design and execute a scalable, creative employer branding strategy
- Establish a robust internal referral culture across APAC
- Work closely with international talent teams and stakeholders across global time zones
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience
- Fluency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written)
- Fluency in Korean is a plus
