Key responsibilities & impact

Launch and manage global driver testing programs
Hire, train and lead full-time Driver Operations team
Manage customer demos of in-car software
Partner with Product and Engineering teams on test plans
Lead execution of testing programs and produce detailed outputs
Define KPIs and analyze results for continuous improvement
Create dashboards, benchmarks, and reports for stakeholders
Manage a small fleet of vehicles internationally
Travel approximately once per month to support global programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of operations and/or program experience
Strong technical and analytical mindset
SQL proficiency required
Excellent communication skills (technical + external)
