About the role

  • Mentor and Develop Talent: Inspire and support engineers, fostering their career growth and development.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: With several years of leadership experience, you've successfully managed technical teams, driving product execution and business outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: You have a strong background in creating native applications with proficiency in C++.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: You excel at hiring top talent and creating an environment where team members can thrive and grow.
  • High Standards and Quality: You uphold a culture of quality, balancing the demands of quality and velocity.
  • Operational Excellence: You embody and promote a passion for monitoring, metrics, triage, customer issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Ownership and Execution: You own the vision, lead the strategy, and guide your team in building the future of our Navigation.
  • Customer Focus: You are deeply committed to understanding and solving customer problems.
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of basic localization and navigations concepts (bearing, dead reckoning, electronic horizon etc.);
  • Nice to Have: Experience working with IMU and OBD II data.
