Maps SDK team builds open-source libraries that power mobile maps across diverse devices
Lead the Nav SDK team in advancing the maps and navigation ecosystem at Mapbox
Mentor and develop engineers, fostering growth, creativity, and innovation
Promote collaboration and data-driven decision making to fuel success
Drive strategic objectives and align team work with company and product goals
Partner with Product and Engineering to define product roadmaps for Maps SDKs
Shape the vision and evolve rendering engines, contributing to business and product planning

Proven success managing technical teams to deliver impactful products (Leadership Experience)
Familiarity with mobile development frameworks, tools, and best practices for building and deploying mobile apps across platforms (Technical Expertise)
Track record of hiring and growing top technical talent (Talent Acquisition and Development)
Commitment to monitoring, metrics, and continuous improvement processes (Operational Excellence)
