About the role
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual sales budget goal
- Identify and capture growth opportunities within aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors
- Promote, train, and manage MAPAL product offerings to distributor network partners
- Troubleshoot complex machining challenges
- Conduct on-site tool testing and performance analysis
- Demonstrate total cost of ownership (TCO) savings
Requirements
- 2-4 year degree program in a technical discipline
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code)
- Tool geometry knowledge
- Metallurgy knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of cutting tooling experience
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Presentation and persuasion skills
- Customer focused and solutions-oriented
- Ability to travel up to 50%
