About the role

  • Administer and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs across all HR domains.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, claims, and employee communications.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including performance reviews and career pathing.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, ongoing integration efforts, and policy updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity and Netsuite).
