About the role
- Administer and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs across all HR domains.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, claims, and employee communications.
- Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Support training and development initiatives, including performance reviews and career pathing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, ongoing integration efforts, and policy updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paylocity and Netsuite).
