Requirements

What you’ll need

Full-stack expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL
Exposure to .NET and Java
Extensive experience with cloud platforms
Experience with Azure Kubernetes, K9s, Terraform, and MongoDB Atlas
Experience designing scalable, secure product solutions and reusable engineering assets
Ability to drive engineering maturity, testing automation, CI/CD, and observability practices
Strong risk-aware mindset and ability to balance technical delivery with risk
Experience working in Scaled Agile environments preferred
Experience mentoring and coaching engineers
Commitment to continuous learning and skills development
Experience building responsible AI agents and integrating capabilities into development pipelines preferred
