About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage the delivery roadmap for the augmentation portfolio across business units
  • Lead solution delivery across low-code rapid deployments and complex builds
  • Partner with central Technology teams to align solutions with foundational technology investments
  • Oversee operational quality, governance, release readiness, acceptance criteria, and audit standards
  • Build and develop high-performing teams
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate outcomes to business leaders and executives
  • Drive capacity planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of the shared augmentation library
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes through enterprise augmentation agents across Azure, Power Platform, and Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in operational transformation, intelligent automation, product delivery, or related domains
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade solutions into production environments
  • Strong understanding of operations in financial services, banking, or insurance
  • Experience owning product roadmaps, capacity planning, prioritization, and measurable value delivery
  • Functional familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Salesforce
  • Ability to collaborate across IT, architecture, and business teams
  • Experience leading teams of 5–6 members
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with vendor management and enterprise automation technology stacks preferred
  • Background in operations transformation or strategy
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled automation use cases and limitations
  • Experience with agile delivery models, including sprint cadences and phased releases
