About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary owner of a dedicated client-support program
- Provide expert advice and guidance on program strategy, design, and execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver regular presentations and reporting on program deliverables
- Design, refine, and maintain pharmacy programming that supports client priorities
- Lead key program initiatives from inception to implementation
- Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks and processes
- Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders for practical program solutions
- Collaborate with Business Insights and Advanced Analytics teams
- Support clinical and economic evaluation of drugs and policies
- Support real-world data analysis and report insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related health discipline
- Proven program development experience
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management
- Health economics and/or drug price negotiation experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of group benefits and the healthcare landscape
- Ability to anticipate industry trends linked to healthcare and financial services
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work across a complex environment, both internally and externally
