Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic communications, retirement planning, participant engagement, consulting, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships and strategic communication initiatives
  • Experience presenting communication recommendations and campaign results to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of participant communications, engagement, and behavior-change principles
  • Strong strategic thinking, consultation, organization, and prioritization skills
